"I measure success by what the team delivers
long after the engagement ends."

BRYAN EASTERMAN — FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

Builder. Consumer & Product Obsessor. Storyteller.

I build and scale consumer-obsessed product engines for global lifestyle brands.  From $10M founder-led companies to $3B+ publicly traded multinationals.  Across hyper-growth phases, full-scale turnarounds, and everything in between.

At the core, three things define how I work.

I'm a builder. I build brands, product organizations, and people. My work has always been about creating the structure, teams, and operating models that let great product reach market consistently and at scale. I've led teams across merchandising, design, development, technical, engineering, and consumer insights, and I measure success by what the team delivers long after the engagement ends.

I'm a lover of product and the consumer, especially at the intersection of the two. The best product creation starts with genuinely understanding who you're building for and why it matters to them, connecting on an emotional level, not just a transactional one. That consumer obsession shapes everything from how I architect a product line to how I sequence a go-to-market.

And I'm a storyteller. I'm insatiably curious about what makes people connect with a brand, a product, a moment, and I use that curiosity to bridge creative vision, commercial discipline, and marketplace execution.

I've owned P&L across $700M+ in annual portfolios spanning apparel, footwear, accessories, and hardgoods, across North America (NORA), Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific (APAC), and Central and South America (CASA). Having lived and worked across North America and Europe, I bring a global perspective on what it actually means to stay consistent as a brand while still being regionally relevant.

Beyond core product creation, I've built and led licensing and collaboration platforms that sit at the intersection of culture and commerce.  Work that requires a different kind of fluency: knowing what's commercially sound (the deal, the margin, the rights) and what's culturally resonant (the drop, the story, the moment) at the same time.

That work has included partnerships across every major North American sports league- NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, and NCAA, alongside major entertainment studios including Disney, Marvel, Paramount, and Universal.

Additionally I've led collaborations with professional athletes, actors, musicians, artists, and designers.

The through-line across all of it: delivering the balance of "Bizz" and "Buzz".  Not all collabs are created with the same goals.  Some are built to generate Bizz and drive revenue.  Some build Buzz via limited-drops that incubate a concept, so brand heat converts into durable growth instead of a single viral moment that fades.
